Appointment Cancellation Policy

At our practice, we value your time and strive to provide accessible care to all patients. Missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing timely medical care.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you:

1. Cancel online via the HotDoc app – this is the quickest and most convenient option; or
2. Phone the clinic directly to notify us.

Please ensure that any cancellations are made as early as possible.

Did Not Attend (DNA) Fee

If you do not attend your appointment or fail to contact the clinic to cancel in advance, a Did Not Attend fee of $40.00 will apply.

This fee is not claimable through Medicare and must be settled before further appointments can be booked.
